- Fast Ferry Service: Daily departure schedules across all operational Ekajaya routes (Bali, Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, & Lombok). Routes must be booked in sequence.


- Bali Private Car Hours: Max 12 hours/day (Service ends latest at 21:00 local time).
Note: Car service applies when staying in Bali. When staying on other islands, Bali car allocation converts to harbor pick-up/drop-off transfers and resumes upon your return to Bali.

- Advance Booking Rule: All ferry bookings, private car transfers, and hotel reservations must be confirmed at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to departure (H-2). No same-day changes accepted.

• - Unlimited Ekajaya Fast Ferry Tickets: Cross-island transfers across operational routes for the duration of your pass.

• - Multi-Island Freedom: Option to split hotel nights across different island destinations.

• - Non-Bali Land Transport: Island transfers in Gili Trawangan/Meno/Air (Cidomo horse carts, bikes), Nusa Penida/Lembongan, and Lombok (available as personal expense).

• - Remote Area Car Surcharges (Bali): Trips to Kintamani, Bedugul, Tanah Lot, Lovina, Lempuyang, or Amed (Additional IDR 200,000/car/day).

• - Car Overtime Surcharge: Exceeding 12 hours or service past 21:00 local time (Additional IDR 200,000/hour).

• - Strict Consecutive Days Rule: The Travel Pass must be used on strictly consecutive days starting from Day 1. Split dates, pausing usage, or freezing unused days (e.g., using 3 days this week and remaining days next week) is strictly not allowed.
  
  

• - Advance Booking Rule (H-2): All reservations for fast ferry trips, private car transfers, and hotel accommodations must be submitted and confirmed at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to departure date (H-2). Last-minute changes or same-day bookings cannot be processed.

  - Hotel Availability Policy: All partner hotel bookings are strictly subject to room availability upon confirmation. If your selected partner hotel is fully booked, an alternative partner hotel within the same destination zone will be assigned.

  - Non-Partner Hotels & Room Upgrades: Requests for non-partner hotels (outside our official partner list) or room type upgrades are available BY REQUEST, subject to room rate differences and additional surcharges.

  - Car Service & Overtime Surcharge (Bali): Private car service in Bali is included for up to 12 hours/day (ending latest at 21:00 local time).

  • Exceeding 12 hours or service past 21:00 local time incurs an Overtime Surcharge of IDR 200,000 / hour.

  • Remote area trips (e.g., Kintamani, Bedugul, Tanah Lot, Lovina, Lempuyang, Amed) incur a Remote Area Fuel Surcharge of IDR 200,000 / car / day.

  • Car service applies while staying in Bali; when traveling or staying on other islands, Bali car allocation covers harbor pick-up/drop-off transfers and fully resumes upon your return to Bali.
