- Pick-up Zone: We provide free private transfers from hotels located in the main tourist areas of South and Central Bali, including:

• South Bali: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Tuban, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Ungasan, and Uluwatu.

• Central Bali: Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud Center.

- Remote Area Surcharge (+ IDR 200,000 / Car): A cash surcharge of IDR 200,000 applies for pick-ups outside the complimentary zone. Applicable areas include but are not limited to:

• West Coast: Tanah Lot, Tabanan, Seseh.

• North & Highlands: Bedugul, Munduk, Kintamani, Payangan, Tegalalang.

• East Bali: Candidasa, Amed, Tulamben.

• North Bali: Lovina, Singaraja.
